Internal activation is the key focus of this campaign. During the last three months of the year, KPN employees are challenged to boost sales and NPS scores. They are encouraged to go the extra mile and achieve all the objectives #GOALS. The strength of the campaign lies in the fact that we have activated all layers of the organization. We surprised employees in the stores with playful actions, and we also involved supporting services to increase the sense of unity. Even the director played a role in a video, which motivated him to bring the campaign to the attention of his team.
